Amy is an experienced executive with 20+ years in human capital strategy, operations, client development, leadership, recruitment and business planning across Asia Pacific. Amy has worked the majority of her career with Hudson, a market leading Human Capital professional services firm that partners with organisations to grow their human capital capability through the core businesses of recruitment, assessment, development and outplacement.
Amy has held multiple senior leadership roles at Hudson including Managing Director of Asia, Executive General Manager NSW, Executive Operations Manager and more recently, Managing Director of Executive. Amy was also the Chief People Officer for the Asia Pacific region and was responsible for the firm’s human resources strategy, processes and programs to drive business growth for several years.
In all of Amy’s roles she has been responsible for developing the market strategy, business and operational planning and leadership development. In addition, developing and executing client strategy and ensuring integrated offerings for clients.
For much of her tenure at Hudson, Amy was a member of the Executive Leadership team. The ELT with the CEO are responsible for the overall strategy and financial results for Hudson. Amy is also a Board member for the Greater China business. Amy has also completed a Senior Executive MBA at the Melbourne Business School of Management.
