Sarah is an accomplished senior leader with more than 18 years experience in cultural transformation, and recruitment, spanning both public and private sectors. In 2012, Sarah joined ManpowerGroup Australia as the National Recruiting Manager for Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) - a collaborative partnership between ManpowerGroup Australia and the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
In 2015 Sarah was promoted to General Manager Operations for DFR. In this role, Sarah led the recruitment delivery of more than 7500 roles annually for the ADF across sixteen Recruitment Centres throughout Australia. Sarah provided strategic leadership for the ManpowerGroup Recruitment and Psychology teams as well as the DFR Civilian Contact Centre. In early 2019 Sarah was promoted to the role of Director of Recruiting Services, Defence Force Recruiting. In this role Sarah is responsible for leading all aspects of the DFR contract on behalf of ManpowerGroup. This includes leadership of 330 individuals, two subcontract relationships and the delivery of not just recruitment outcomes, but also the transformation of the recruiting capability for the ADF.
Sarah is a member of ManpowerGroup’s Global Emerging Leaders Experience and Global Women in Leadership Program. She is also a member of the ManpowerGroup Australia & New Zealand Executive Leadership Team. Sarah holds a Graduate Certificate of Human Resources and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management specialising in Change Management. She has also completed the Harvard Business Executive Credential of Readiness Program (CORe). In 2019 Sarah was a Finalist in the NSW Medium-Large Business category for the Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Awards.
