Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

At ManpowerGroup Australia we care about people and the role of work in their lives. We respect people as individuals, trusting them, supporting them, and enabling them to achieve their aims in work and in life.

We believe it is essential that all organisations create an environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people thrive. As such, we are dedicated to our organisation’s contribution to reconciliation both internally and in the communities in which we operate.

We share our knowledge, our expertise, and our resources, we actively listen and act upon this information to improve relationships, solutions, and services. We do this by never accepting the status quo, we constantly challenge the past and the present so together with our associates, candidates, and team – we can forge a better and more inclusive future.

For more than 70 years, we have operated globally on the belief that meaningful, sustainable employment has the power to change the world. Here in Australia our team have been laying foundations and partnering with organisations to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

We recognise that there is more for us to do. We know that there is no ‘quick-fix’ response to getting this right, and this, has led us to take the next step and develop our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Our journey ahead will be one of partnership and connection.

Our Reflect RAP which is currently in its final stages of development, will ensure we build an inclusive culture, one which is more than just policies – it’s about making genuine changes to how our company operates.
