Lizzie has over 25 years’ experience in the fields of Sales & Marketing, HR Consulting, Operational Management and Recruitment. She is a strategic partner to organisations where she focuses on ensuring organisations and their people achieve success. Having worked with Right Management since 2002, Lizzie has had various roles as a Career Management Consultant, Leader of the Project Management Team across Australia and New Zealand and as a Principal Consultant.Her consulting experience has been across Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Not-for-profit, IT, Telecom, Local and National Government working with clients across strategic workforce consulting, change management, leadership development, talent management and strategic career management.Her strengths and when partnering with clients includes establishing a vision and inspiring enthusiasm, strategic thinking and planning, process improvement, identifying areas of need, creating stakeholder agreement, mentoring and coaching. She employs her business acumen, strategic thinking, influencing and communication skills to further enhance the solutions we deliver to our clients.Lizzie’s background includes six years in senior recruitment, where she was instrumental in her clients' search and selection of high level candidates. Clients she worked with include: Senior Executives, Directors, General Managers and Strategists from functional areas ranging from IT&T, Engineering, Finance, FMCG and Manufacturing.Prior to working in recruitment, Lizzie was in IT for a Corporate Treasury supporting the business with its IT requirements and planning.Education & Training. Lizzie holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Information Systems from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is a Bachelor of Arts graduate from Monash University, majoring in Politics and Sociology.
